BCPeabody is a Tampa-based construction firm with a second center of gravity in federally funded recovery. We design our engagements around the same operating standard whether the work is a custom home, a recovery program for a public agency, or a technical review of someone else's project.

That breadth is uncommon for a firm our size. It also explains how we run construction projects: with the documentation discipline, cost-control instincts, and risk awareness that federal-scale recovery demands.

Founded in 2006 by Col. (Ret.) Bob Carpenter, P.E., BCPeabody remains an owner-led family firm. Bob serves as CEO, President, and Owner. The company remains Florida licensed, SDVOSB certified, and committed to the same standard of execution that started it.
