Goddard School

Ground-up three-story preschool and early childhood facility on Kennedy Boulevard in Tampa. Owner-representative delivery from architectural design through classroom outfitting.

BC Peabody served as general contractor for a new three-story Goddard School facility on Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa. The build combined a design-led brick exterior with steel egress balconies, a covered rooftop-level playground, and a full interior fit-out including check-in millwork, tenant-improvement infrastructure, and multiple classroom environments outfitted to Goddard national standards. The engagement was executed on a negotiated-price basis with the Morton Family Schools of Florida ownership group and delivered against Goddard franchise design and life-safety requirements.
