Disaster Recovery and Federal Programs

We help public agencies, engineering firms, and recovery teams develop eligible scopes, estimate and validate cost, manage FEMA Public Assistance projects, and move complex programs toward closeout. BCPeabody is most often engaged as embedded technical leadership inside larger recovery efforts, where field-informed judgment and program discipline matter most. We understand recovery requirements because we understand how projects are scoped, priced, documented, built, and closed out.
